Workshops run by timings which are how long each different type of service or repair should take the mechanics to complete. This is particularly important if you are being charged an hourly trade rate. Once the work is completed ask for an itemised bill and read through it to ensure that everything is as it should be and in line with the quote or estimate. If not, ask our workshop staff to go through the bill with you so can make sure it is correct.

Ensure that you give consent

It’s important that you fully understand the work you are having done on your vehicle and the costs you are incurring. You should always work with a workshop that guarantees to get your consent to additional work over the initial agreed to prior to commencement of that work.
